Leigh-Anne, I <i>still</i> occasionally have that problem (of needing to send apologetic emails)... especially if I haven't "trained" SpamAssassin lately and it's been allowed to make it's own decisions about what "looks like" spam. Hopefully Gravatar support can get you sorted out... the whole process went surprisingly quickly for me once I found where the system had stashed the supposedly spammy confirmation message! LOL! SpamAssassin on my account tagged the gravatar auto-responder as having a 99% probability of being spam. Thankfully, I don't can spam automatically, so I found the message languishing in my spam folder. I can get the confirmation email sent to my other addresses, but not to the only one I actually need.
