A few days ago, I referred to a photographer, but gave no detail. Well, the detail is that Snickers got to be a model for a day (unpaid, just for fun) for Urban Hund‘s Fall 2006 Collection.
The photographer, Kent Henderson, emailed me a few days ago to say that a picture of Snickers made it into the catalog! hee hee! I don’t know if Snick will be on Urban Hund’s website too, but if so, I’ll link to it when the fall collection goes online. In the meantime, click the pic to the left to see my six favorites from the shoot.
The best part was that we got to keep one of the collar & leash combos and it is really, REALLY nice stuff!

How cool is that?! I love the one of Bean and Snick looking off into the distance – it’s so very dramatic!
awwww, Snick in a catalogue, how cool is that! I saw a boxed agility set this weekend up in Newburyport and there were two pictures of shibas on the box! Yes, I took a picture of it LOL, but I haven’t posted it to my flickr yet.
I love the shot with Kaos sprawled in the background, and the “easily distracted” (ooh! shiny!) shot of you and Snick.
You know, with Snick, Chase and Thunder all in one place at Christmas, we probably need extra memory cards (or extra hard drive space) for all the pictures we’ll take… cuteness will abound (at least if we can get them to slow down past the speed of light so we can take pictures).

Were your ears burning today? I was talking about you and Snickers to the people at Urban Hund! I saw them at a pet retailing convention, and they knew immediately who you were when I mentioned that I’d read about their company on your blog
Dustin / Jenny / Debbie – You guys each have a different favorite! I think my fave is still the Zoolander’ish look. That dead-on, look-you-in-the-eyes thing is SO earnestly Snickers.
