Whose Bean Bag Is That?
Posted Wednesday, January 24th, 2007 by nycgadgetgirlMiss ~T~ has a bean bag in her room. She got it from my folks for Christmas about five years ago. It’s gotten a lot of use -double as much for the 3 years that we’ve had Snickers. The zipper is broken, enough beans have somehow disappeared for it to be about 2/3 it’s original size, the cover is looking sort of worn… you get the idea.
So, a week or so ago, we briefly discussed the idea of getting rid of it. It takes up a lot of room and she doesn’t really use it anymore because she’s always at her computer or playing her guitar. Snickers used to play in it a lot, but not so much. A day or two after T and I had this conversation, she walked into her room and saw this… click for the cuteness.
I guess that ends that discussion.

Now, tell me again why dogs don’t use the dog beds we humans bother to get for them again…

The only dog beds that mine will use is a round one with a fleece top from LLBean. Visiting children seem to gravitate to it also. I have even used it on occasion! MMMmmm snuggly!

I think the bean bag belongs to someone else.
My dog sleeps on anything she can get a hold of . . . usually a blanket or a towel. She then covers herself up with it and thinks she is invisible (or at least warm).

Snick does sleep in his bed, btw. And in Seeky’s crate and in T’s bean bag and on my bed and pretty much anywhere he pleases.
