We went to a shiba meetup, courtesy of Jenn: It’s AMAZING to see so many of these crazy dogs in one spot! Thanks, Jenn, it was nice to meet you and Snick Afterwards, we went on a chocolate hunt, finding Vosges and another place. We walked to Magnolia’s, known for their cupcakes, but the line was ridiculously long, so we kept on going. I was seriously flagging by this time, so we grabbed a cab and went back to the hotel for a rest and some room service. That night we had 930 reservations at The Artisanal Bistro, a lovely cheese filled delight! Heather’s friend Misa joined us and we were running late (got a bit lost giving the cabbie wrong directions…he was NOT amused, but finally got there, only to be kept waiting for a good bit. They gave us a bottle of champagne as an apology, it’s all good.
