• 7:30 AM Hour late waking up. Head is throbbing.

• Snickers FREAKED OUT when I left for u-haul… screaming and howling at the door. He knows it is Sunday. I am not supposed to leave.
• In the cab to u-haul and hoping that (1) the scheduling works out right today and (2) I’m not making a huge mistake! We’ll see!

• @tollers 17 boxes so far. I keep thinking I’m making progress and then turn around and realize I’ve only done 1/3 of the apartment.
• I seem to have hit an “I don’t know what to do now” place in my packing. Urgh.

• Snickers must be reliving the meetup in his sleep. He’s barking and running… very excited.
• @tollers calling and whimpering only put me on standby behind 5 other people with 9am reservations. I have to just go and hope for the best
• I’m tired. Gonna go walk Snickers and see if it helps restart my energy.

• I love NYC because there is so much to do, so many interesting people, and everything is open 24 hours.
• I hate NYC because the only time it isn’t too crowded to enjoy is super late at night. I skip things I would like, because of the crowds.
• I love the lack of scary things like snakes and big spiders. I love the lack of darkness. I feel safe never being alone. I love the food.
• I love the big dog-related community and how easy it is to find friends with similar interests!
• I hate the noise. I hate how I always get a parking ticket outside my apartment when I rent a car for vacation.

• Watching a sudden, powerful spring storm. Thunder, lightening, rain. I love how a hard rain cleans the streets.

• Saving Shibas was a lot more satisfying in the beginning when I was involved with the dogs. All I do now is push paper. Boo.

• Why does everyone assume I will be their personal tech support service?
• If you pay someone to fix the brakes on your car, would you ask them a month later to teach you how to use your car radio? NO!
• I mean, you could ask… but to assume they will do it is ridiculous and to EXPECT them to do it - for free - is OBNOXIOUS.

• Just slept from 2 to 11!!! Ahhh…
• Kept the poor dogs waiting all morning, finally headed outside and it started raining before we got downstairs!!! Hoping it will stop.
• Rain is getting worse instead of better. May have to go up and get a jacket and hat and walk anyway, before Snick pees on the stoop.
• Ugh… Got half a block during a reprieve and now it’s pouring again. Snick won’t budge from our new dry spot.

• I had a very busy weekend and spent part of yesterday afternoon with a friend whose dog is in the hospital. She may not make it.
• installing service packs and checking user configurations today. Joy joy.
• Is anyone else using the Fotobook plugin for WordPress having issues with wp_list_pages? Excluded pages appear when Fotobook is activated.
• I was more interesting when I had more time to read.
• heading home from work and hoping Snickers is feeling OK.
• is logged into the office remotely. My body made it home, but my brain is still working at the office. At least I can pet Snickers this way!
• has to go to work early tomorrow because the computer I was working on DISAPPEARED while I was out walking Snick and I can’t wake it up!!!
