If this GPS dog collar were just a little smaller, I’d be all over it. Snick’s never run off, but I totally stress and worry about it all the time. If there were a way to have this on him without the collar, that would be even better, because the most likely scenario if he is running loose is that he slipped his collar when we were out walking.

Which is precisely why I walk Sumi on a martingale collar. She wears a regular one with tags, and is microchipped. But the GPS thing? I might consider it, because in true Shiba fashion, she has demonstrated the speed and desire to take off. Thank god I play soccer and am a sprinter by nature. It’s scary; she’s much better now about not taking every possible opportunity to bolt, but I keep my eye on her at all times when we’re out and about.
